Atrophy is a minimalist horror roleplaying game for two players. One player takes the role of The Narrator while the other takes the role of The Character. All you need to play is a handful of six-sided dice and some paper.
It is a setting neutral game so can be used to create horror stories in any genre and setting. It's an extremely simple to learn and play, story-driven RPG.
